How we use information
We use newsletter addresses for Thawly updates and contact details to respond to your requests. We do not currently collect payment information or accept orders.
Storage and service providers
Information is stored using our hosted store services. Access to newsletter and contact records is restricted to authorized store administration. Final retention periods, provider disclosures and legal contact details will be published before commercial launch.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or request newsletter removal, through the Contact page. Clearing your browser storage removes the bag and preferences saved on your device.
Policy status
This is a phase 1 policy draft for the preview store. Final US and Canadian privacy disclosures will be reviewed before launch.
