30-day returns
Thawly plans to accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Checkout is not open yet. Full eligibility requirements and the return address will be confirmed before orders are accepted.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order details before sending any item back. Return authorization, condition requirements, return shipping costs, and any exclusions will be provided in our final policy.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Keep the packaging and photos so we can help.
Refunds
